ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom was the baby been a preterm or a low birth weight baby ? As they tend to grow in slow pace . As a full term Babies by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight and triple by one year . Make sure he is well fed and is also given solids as well
