Apply diaper cream like b4nappy cream at every diaper change to create a protective barrier that keeps moisture out.
gi e maximum diaper free time.

you may use the coconut oil or the anti rashes cream for it
but please see your pediatrician or dermatologist as well
as it could be some sort of fungal infection as well
