#mamypoko My baby has got white patches on cheeks before there where pimples due to heat... I don't know the exact reason why do theose white patches occur pls guide me...

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. there are a lot of reasons which can cause these kind of white patches on the skin sometimes this problem can happen because a fungal infection it could be skin related issues but it can also happen because of vitamin deficiency
