there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the important thing wgould be that it should not cause skin allergy as well as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash.
that means diaper has to be changed according to the urinary frequency of tfhe child
you can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash

Yes If you want to use it once or twice in the daytime you can definitely go ahead with that but change it with a particular time and also just keep a gap of at least 60 minutes in between two changes that going to be very important and apply Boroline or any other cream that you want to when you change it
