#Mamaxpert my baby is 9 months old.. I have not got periods still.. when does it come after delivery.. and will it follow usual cycle like before pregnancy or will cycle chsnge

eat protein rich diet.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Hello ma’am You may get it after one and half years because you may be having this because of hormonal change in the body or maybe which is exclusively breastfeeding the baby so it is very common for women to skip it so need not worry about it because it is the most common scenario
