#Mamaxpert Hi, I am only looking for PCOD diet plan as I am suffering from it but with a lower degree. My age is 25, height 5'6", weight 53.

A. Hi For PCOD, exercise is important. Try to add cardio exercises along with strength training for atleast 1 hour daily Add proteinin rich foods like Dal's, sprouts, milk, egg, paneer , fish to your meals stay hydrated. limit sugar, refined foods & fried foods completely.
