#Mamaxpert hi I am mother of 1 year old boy. M doing 1 hour of workout and 1 hour of run or walk everyday. M also breast feeding. what supplement I need to take coz recently I started feeling pain in legs and knees.

A. this pain may be due to vitamin D and calcium deficiency so you should start taking supplements like vitamin D and a multivitamin and calcium tablet on daily basis . .
