NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can try out with meditation and also a proper diet and also off late one of my friend who also has thyroid problems is taking &Me Thyrodiet tea on a daily basis since three to four months and she says the dosage of the medicine is now reduced and she feels better now you can check it out too
