Hello ma’am No it is nothing like that it is related to intelligence or something speech delay is just some times that the vocal chords are not developed as per the age so in this case you should always either consult an ENT specialist first or take a proper course of homoeopathic treatment and lastly if you do not have an option then go to speech therapist
