below 3 years of age se fluoride free kids tooth paste in rice grain size amount.
later after 3 years use fluoride containing toothpaste.
restrict chocolate intake as far as possible

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Try to avoid chocolates as much as possible. When the need arises try giving homemade chocolates and dont keep giving on demand. Keep it limited and only once in a while. After 2 years you can use a peanut size of no fluoride or less fluoride tooth paste like himalayas kids toothpaste or kidodent.
