mam, priyansh drinking milk with bottle while slipping...his tool is so hard from last 15 days and he always says its paining in his stomach while doing potty...what should we do for this?

A. drar mum for relief from hard stool there shoulf be adequate fibre in the diet from legumes sprouts vegetsbles and fruits also include nuts adequate water intake milk intake nit more tgan 300 ml
