Q.
mam pls suggest how to increase my babies weight ,and what food to give,she is not ready to eat.started cow milk.i sometimes mix fruits with cerelac so that she eats

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear whatever you cook at home non spicy to be a part of the diet of the child avoid giving package food and include fruits in between breakfast and lunch eat with the child to encourage good eating habits serve food in colourful plates and try to give finger food to the baby to eat on its own
