Q.

mam,my son is 8 year old he is suffering from fever since 12 jan,we have given paracetamol but after 5 hours again fever starts,fever is up and down

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hdours if fever is repeating. and you cdan also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. Hello kindly go for Rtpcr test and consult your doctor once again. plenty of rest and nutritious food in important to offer.
