Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
RiyaGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. I gave ragi to my kids..very good for weight gain . give it in semi solid form. use natural ragi seds and not ragi powder, as ragi powder may have impurities. wash and soak ragi seeds in water overnight, next day powder it and add jaggery for sweet .
