mam my daughter is 4+ her weight is 15 kgs. recently I started her with Enfagrow A+ .. can i give it along with milk because the tin says to give in water. thanku

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 15 kg weight is in normal range, can give it with milk. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugary food
