mam my brother's daughter is 9months...they don't give her salt and sugar at all....n everyday there is clash between Bahu n saas...n to tell u the truth I have 2kids n to both I have given salt n sugar from weaning...but these people say it will damage her kidney ..n everything they grind in grinder n give... please tell me what to do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear mom. befor 1 year if age babies get required amount if salt via bm or from food, so adding additional sakt might damage developing kidney of a baby..
