mam .my baby is 4 months old. and she poop after every mother feed ? is it right

in this phenomena the child is having stemi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.
if the growthg / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomena.
usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child
