ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 months agoA. dear mum, a weight of 4.8 kg is a normal weight for ur baby at the age of 3 months considering a birth weight of 2.4 kg. baby should gain at least 500 gms of weight per month on an average.
