Mam meri daughter 25 days old hai usko feed krvati hu pr mere brest ka flow usko enough nai ho raha to kya kru??? Me breast ka flow kese badhau???or bahar ka dudh de rahi hu vo kese bandh krvau???

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Latch the baby well to your breast for at least 20 minutes, make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding. Add methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply.,If your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day then your baby seems to be feeding well. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
