A. बच्चे को सभी प्रकार का खाना खिलाइए जैसे कि चावल दाल गेहूं फल फ्रूट सब्जी और दूध जिससे बच्चे को पूरी तरह से न्यूट्रीशन मिलेगा और इससे बच्चे का वजन भी बढ़ेगा लंबाई भी बढ़ेगी और बच्चे में ताकत भी आएगी
