mam meri beti 12 month CHL rha hai,,pr breastmilk ab pura nhi ho rha mtlb niklta h nhi hai ,, khna kha leti hai pr baby ,,

ABhi woh 1 year ka hogaya hai tho feed mein effect ho jata hai , its ok, aap abhi usse sab family foods mein se de, aur abhi animal ya plant source milk aap de sakte hai.

If you’re not getting sufficient breast milk, that is totally fine because your baby is almost 1 year old, and if you want, then you can also start giving cows milk to your baby. That is totally safe for your baby now. Rather than this, you should also give at least four meals in a day, so make a diet plan according to that.
