mam in cow milk we have to add some sugar also.plz suggest me.if it is so what was the proportion of milk and sugar

Should avoid giving sugar in the milk because milk has its own kind of sweetness and if you have to add something prefer using jaggery or dates and milk could be given after the age of one year to the child not before that add about 20 to 30% of water into it and you should stick to maximum 500 ML per day not more than that
