Q.

mam I bleeded for 2 weeks after delivery and it stopped and again in 5th week of postpartum bleeding started again.is it normal? what are tips to reduce bleeding of 5th week postpartum

A. thats normal. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.
