Mam without an assessment and without knowing the reason behind these black patches I cannot recommend you any ointment you should definitely check with the dermatologist but with my knowledge home remedy I can recommend you to apply a mix of Kapoor and coconut oil 5 to 6 times in the day on the specific area only
