One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, togu, paneer.

Yes But just carry ear plugs or something for the child because mostly kids sleep after taking a feed so you can put it into the years of the child to your child doesn’t get disturbed you can use that and also if you are breastfeeding or formula feeding carry milk for the child for sure that’s going to be very important for you The
