Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom...if milk tooth has cavity it can affect permanent tooth too..please consult your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. first proper treatment is necessary to heal rotten teeth.  don't leave it unattended.
