maam meri beti kuch din se hard hard poty kar rahi hai wo 9 month 6 days ki hai wo pani v bht piti hai fruits vegetables sab khati hai is it normal

A. yes, to avoid constipation. offer her well cooked semi solid food, offer fiber rich fruits n veggies in her all meal. offer water after meals to soften stool do tummy massage.
