A. dear mum the healthy food for child is not one food but variety of foods child diet should incorporate various food group like grains and millets pulses legumes, nuts if non veg then egg, fish/ chicken seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits milk and Milk products but do not bottle feed child should be given all the family food as prepared in the house continue breastfeeding till 2 years
