For this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical evaluation,so , in such a case it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it .proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & clinical details,accordin\ug to the symptoms.

That’s The normal see you have to understand after the age of three months when a child gains vision the child is so fascinated with the surroundings and everything that they are more interested in playing and looking around all the time so try to feed your child alone in a room where there is not much of a distraction for a child
