Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if the red spot in the eyes or redness comes again and again and is not improving on its own in next two or three days and the child is also having comzplaints (watery and itchy eyes) then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infzection.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Clean the eyes of the child with cold water regularly do not use any medicine without consulting the doctor that is not correct still after cleaning the eyes with cold water you feel the problem is Diane Kelly check with your doctor
