Morning snacks-any fruit purée
Lunch-Dal rice, khichadi
Evening snacks-any vegetable purée or fruit juice
Dinner-Idli, Upma which are light to digest. In between this you can give lukewarm water to. You can also give coconut water, vegetable soup, fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt.
