ma'am my son completed his 2 years 8 months.his weight is 10.500 kg.do you please tell me the weight gain diet for him.its my pleasure.

There is no such weight gain diet for the child your child should have all kind of healthy food whatever is been traditionally made at home as that’s the only thing which is important and very good amount of proteins are going to be very healthy and beneficial
