ma'am meri 15 months ki beti h wo koi v chiz muh me khane lgti h , mitti v kha rhi h, please suggest me any solution

A. mam this can be due to some deficiency in the baby. please give Vitamin D drops to the baby. also give healthy food items like eggs and chicken to the baby. also get the baby a course of deworming medicines.
