Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. Actually it should be 18 by the age of 5 so right now we do advise you to give proper regular diet whatever you are making at home plus include proteins more into everyday meal that you are giving veg or nonveg whatever your preference
