1- having small and frequent meals helps in loosing weight rather having three or two meals per day.
2- eating less never helps in weight loss, eating as per body's calorie requirement helps in lossing weight.
3- Start eating clean food means avoid sugar, oil and excess salt rich food.
4- Eat protein and fiber rich food like dals and legumes, milk and milk products, boiled sprouts, eggs.
Fiber sources - vegetables, fruits, salads, whole grain like daliya, oats, bajra etc and whole pulses like moong sabut, lobhia etc.
5- Drink plenty of water.
6- Do 30-40 min workout every day

Please weight till you breastfeed your baby...After that don't eat baby's leftover food that's the foremost thing..and add salads and fruits and also start with exercise like plank or skipping..and slowly it will reduce..
priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy8 years agoA. as your baby is on breastfeeding so you can cut down calories..jst avoid fatty foods,sugar intake should be less and do walk n yoga daily..it ll surely help you..it ll take some time to reduce weight
