A. hi ,aap khalakhan aur bread khaiye isse apka weight bohat jaldi badhega,aur carrot n beetroot juice bhi pijiye..thank u

A. Hello You can try to take small meals at every2 hours. also get thyroid levels & blood sugars checked you can add foods like milk, paneer, egg. walnuts, almonds, ghee, curd, potato, sweet potato , banana, in your meals for weight gain
