low milk supply ke chalte baby ko formula dena pada, ab use bottle ki aadat ho gayi hai, breast par aate hi rone lagta hai, milk supply bhi bohot Kam ho gaya pump karne par only 30 ml hi aata hai yaa kabhi kabhi usse bhi kam , mein kya karun ki baby dobara breastfeeding karne lage aur kya yeh possible hai

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult your doctor for further assistance in this regard. Good luck and take care
