have Moong Dal in your diet,eat more rice,add dry fruits in your diet,have more milk and more water in your diet....if still milk production I'd low,then use powder galact granules two times in a glass of milk,it will really help you....

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
