Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, lotus seeds or makhans are absolutely a very good diet for babies. This is a very good soyf e of calcium ypu can give as it is or mixed in milk as well. As your baby enjoys eating.
