A. hi give 4 drops of sporlac powder twice in a day. keep your child well hydrated give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. give ors , coconut water, buttermilk, soup, lassi, nimbupani etc more
