looks like my baby's teething has taken a pause.can see 4 teeth on the top and 2 at the bottom but no progress after that. pls suggest.

A. Hi babies usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day
