Last 2 .3 days baby stool is like clean water sometimes together with gas and like bubble . Plz suggest

Hi parent If motions are watery and frequent (more.than five times a day ) enterogermina probiotics drops three drops twice a day can be given Keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk Mom should not consume the food that causes gas and indigestion
