lactose intolerance and hence nappy rash for past 1 month. using medicines siloderm, yamoo drops and Z&D drops as per pediatrician advice but not helping. Rashes are so red and fresh always. kindly help and advice. thank you.

A. hello try to avoid using the diaper for some days and apply the diaper rash cream and if the rashes are more on applying a medication advice by doctor then it may require additional examination as a can also be due to fungal infection so please check your doctor
