Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello good morning !! Yes you can have puran poli in moderate 1-2 as chana dal takes time to digest . Have 2-3 bites and then check baby digestion capability as every baby is different and have a difference in digestion capability. If no loose motions or no tight tummy issues,no gas you can have puran poli 1-2 .
