kindly let me know how many injections are given at 10 weeks vaccination thank you in advance #Vaccination

but today my son was given only 1injection (pentavalent vaccine) and two oral vaccines .this was given through government setup. since during the last vaccination (for 6 weeks) he was injected 3 injections so we had asked the authorities about it , they mentioned for this time it is 1 injection only and during the next vaccination again 3 injections will be given.
kindly help me in understanding whether we have missed any shots
