kindly guide me, this is my 2nd ICT test first one is negative, 2and one is positive

Mostly you get the results in one test. But still if it is positive then it should be consult with your gynaecologist because doctor can only guide you well after checking you and checking your reports. In such case you should consult with your gynaecologist about it.
