I would First like to know what is a perfect diet chart that you are looking for because I can just tell you a basic chart that you can follow according to you the age of the child and how do you need to make it perfect that’s completely on you so you can basically start giving all kind of vegetable purée and fruit to the child along with that vegetable soups are also good to go for and of porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Suji Kheer Upma dairy products all the things you can go for
