Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in this Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can h give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
