Kiansh is 4 years old. But its weight is 12 kg. Trying to increase height and weight but not increasing. Please help

Then you should get a BMR test done for your child after asking your doctor because that is going to reveal what is the problem why the height and the growth of the child is not proper and accordingly whatever steps would be required to make it better than proper as per the time the doctors would advise you according to that
