ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist5 months agoA. hi mom give home cooked foods rice dal, veges rice, soft paratahs with dals , soup rice, fruit puree Salt and sugar to be introduced post 1 year of age Salt can be then added only in dals or vegetables sugar can be avoided later too
